📦 Returns & Refunds Policy

At Darby’s Adventures, every box is packed with care to bring joy and learning to your little explorer. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase!

Because our boxes are made-to-order and include educational materials and activities, we do not accept returns once a box has been opened. However, if your box arrives damaged, missing an item, or incorrect, we’ll gladly make it right.

🧸 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at darbysadventuress@gmail.com.
Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can quickly assist you. We’ll send a replacement item or offer store credit when appropriate.

💳 Refunds

Refunds are only issued for orders that have not yet shipped. Once a box has been shipped, all sales are final.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, we’ll do our best to help if your box hasn’t gone out yet.

📦 Shipping Issues

If your box is lost in transit or delayed by the carrier, please reach out to us. We’ll help you track your order and ensure it arrives safely.
