How does the Darby’s Adventures subscription work?

Darby’s Adventures is a quarterly (seasonal) subscription, with four boxes per year: Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall. Each box is thoughtfully curated to support learning for TK, Kindergarten, and 1st Grade.

Subscriptions renew every three months, aligning with the start of each new season.

What are the subscription cut-off dates?

To ensure timely processing and shipping, each seasonal box has a cut-off date. Orders placed after the cut-off will be applied to the next season’s box.

Seasonal Cut-Off Schedule:

    Order by: February 20
    (Orders after February 20 will receive the Spring Box)

  • 🌸 Spring Box
    Order by: May 20

  • ☀️ Summer Box
    Order by: August 20

  • 🍂 Fall Box
    Order by: November 20

When does my subscription renew?

Subscriptions automatically renew at the start of each new season, approximately every three months:

  • Spring renewal: March 1

  • Summer renewal: June 1

  • Fall renewal: September 1

  • Winter renewal: December 1

You’ll always receive the next seasonal box unless you pause or cancel before the renewal date.

🌈 What is Darby’s Adventures?

Darby’s Adventures is a seasonal educational subscription box designed for children ages 4–7. Each box is filled with fun, hands-on learning materials like books, art supplies, math tools, and themed activities that inspire creativity, curiosity, and learning through play.

📦 How often do new boxes come out?

A new box is released every season — Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter.
Each seasonal theme stays available throughout that season, but you can purchase it any time of the year while supplies last.

🐻 What’s inside each box?

Every box includes a variety of high-quality learning materials such as:

  • A themed children’s book

  • Hands-on activities

  • Art and craft supplies

  • Educational worksheets

  • Stickers or surprise items

  • A “thank you” or description card explaining each activity

Each item is chosen by an experienced educator to support early learning skills like reading, writing, counting, fine motor development, and creativity.

💛 What age group are the boxes for?

Our boxes are designed for children ages 4–7, perfect for preschoolers, transitional kindergarteners, and early elementary learners.

Can I order just one box?

Yes! Seasonal boxes may be available as one-time purchases when inventory allows. However, subscribing guarantees your child receives every seasonal box without missing a cut-off date.

🚚 How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 7-10 business days after purchase.
You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your box is on its way.

🔁 Can I return or exchange my box?

Because each box is custom-packed, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a box has been opened.
If your box arrives damaged or missing an item, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll gladly make it right!

Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

Absolutely. You may cancel or pause your subscription any time before the next renewal date through your account settings.
